University of Derby’s Netball team suffered a huge defeat to the University of Hertfordshire as the Stags netted 102 goals against the home team.

The Herts team secured an early lead and continued to capitalise on the momentum. University of Derby’s Netball team were unable to fight the rising scoreline. Nevertheless, they fearlessly continued to push against the Stags, spurred on by the cheers of the home fans.

Hertfordshire came into this fixture as the favourites given what they have managed to achieve this season. They had strong players, most notably their goal shooters and attackers who used their sharp shooting skills and cool composure to accelerate their scoreline
